Book your 15 minute consultation below. A consultant will be in touch to confirm your requested date and time. They will then jump on a call with you to take you through everything your ŮFit program covers. They’ll take you through your screening process and assist you with pricing according to your tailored plan.

Step 2:

Meet your trainer and review your 8 week plan and get started!

Your personalised plan is 8 weeks long and includes:

Workout plans made to fit your goals, body and lifestyle.

A personal trainer to guide you through workouts and assist you with any concerns or questions.

For the best results, enhance your training by scheduling a consultation with our dietitian.

Our dietitian can design a personalised meal plan that aligns with your calorie goals and nutritional requirements.
